Porto Seguro Inn Hotel
Our difference. In addition to being located in the center of Porto Seguro, just 700 meters from the ferry (which connects to Arraial d'Ajuda), 750 meters from the famous Passarela do Álcool/Descobrimento and less than 2 km from Porto Seguro International Airport, we have a rich interior, full of history and culture.
The experience begins at our charming themed Rediscoverers' Reception, with walls made from stones taken from coral reefs and coated with whale oil.
We have a life-size representation of Pero Vaz de Caminha, perfect for photos, as well as a painting of one of Captain Alfonso Albuquerque's ships from Pedro Álvares Cabral's fleet, coats of arms of the Cabral family and, on the reception desk, a passage from Pero Vaz de Caminha's famous letter in archaic Portuguese.
Upon entering the hotel, we pass through a portal dating back to 1810, making us the only Historic Hotel in Porto Seguro. After the portal, we arrive at the breakfast room, decorated in a way that alludes to the pioneers, recalling the time of the great expeditions. Continuing on, you will find our leisure area, which includes a barbecue, gazebo, solarium with lounge chairs and a swimming pool with a waterfall.

The Passarela do Álcool (Alcohol Walkway) was one of the attractions responsible for giving Porto Seguro the reputation of being one of the liveliest destinations in Brazil. Today renamed Passarela do Descobrimento (Discovery Walkway), this stretch of seaside avenue in Porto Seguro is full of shops, a lively street market, and many inviting bars and restaurants. Although the number of alcoholic beverage vendors is smaller than in the past, they bravely resist and do not let the local tradition die, especially the traditional drink known as Capeta, which brings joy to many people to this day.
